All the Omega Gentleman are mandated to participate in community service activities throughout their years with us. We believe these enrichment activities builds character, maturity, compassion, and gives each young man a since of duty and responsibility to his community and himself.

The Omega Gentlemen Mentoring Program delivers service to young men based on their cardinal principles (Brotherhood, Empowerment, Academics, and Determination). These principles are aligned to the Cardinal Principles of the Omega Psi Phi Inc.
